Surrounding the town are many miles of caves created through years of mining for stone. During the Christmas period the Valkenburg caves are transformed into a spectacular grotto with stalls selling unique local gifts. Take in the unique atmosphere and treat yourself to a glass of Gluhwein from the underground tavern.

Day 1
HOLLAND. Travel to your hotel in Holland.

Day 2
VALKENBURG. Included transfer into Valkenburg. Optional evening excursion to Aachen. Return transfer to your hotel late evening.

Day 3
BRUGES. After breakfast we depart our hotel for a lunchtime visit to Bruges and its Christmas Markets before commencing our journey home.
